Royal Beach View - Pattaya

This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast, everything I need is here. The staff once helped me with currency tips, a great gesture. I'm coming back for a romantic escape!

Stayed there before, the staff was as always very good. Its location was particularly good and absolutely perfect to the sea shore. And it was also not far from a nice beach, the bars, and many restaurants...

Travelled with my family, spent 7 nights here and had a fairly nice stay. The staff were very good and courteous and the pool was great. Particularly good location - within a walking distance of everywhere I needed.

Room had a large balcony with great beach views. The cleaning was inconsistent and left room unkempt.

Had a great time in a spacious one-bedroom suite with fine sea views. The breakfast delivery was a nice touch, although it could be warmer. Perfect location near the beach, and the staff were super helpful. Enjoyable stay!

We greatly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. The room was not kept clean and available with seaview and kitchen equipment, as for instance. The staff were all helpful and super friendly and provided great service. The location near the beach was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect...

Lowest rate but doesn't worth it.

As we were only one living in the hotel so no buffet in the morning. Location was close to Beach but far from PAttaya and Jomtien Beach.

Room with a fine sea view

The spacious two-bedroom suite offered amazing panoramic views, and the staff were consistently attentive. Proximity to the beach made morning strolls a treat.

We faced issues with inconsistent water pressure in the shower, and the breakfast service left something to be desired. It was often cold upon arrival.

A view from room was great. But facsility of Hotel was poor. Resturant open for breakfast only and no resaurannt near this hotel. Agood kitchen inside room, but there is only micrwave oven and no plate , bowl, knife and folk.

Surrounding was quiet and good view in day time.

very good and welcoming staff and management. location short walk to market/restaurants, thailand and the sea shore. for tea or coffee visit the cabin nearby.

Big Rooms, quite & clam area

Staff is too rude, pool is too small, very bad location, not easy to find any taxi, it takes approx. 20-25 min to main areas, just 8 floors, so their is nothing u can enjoy any hotel property ... Not going to stay again at any cost !!

Early arrival no problem. The receptionist (although not really friendly) welcomed us. The room was great, especially the size of it! 85 square meters! Nice design! Small kitchen (although only with sink and fridge, no cooker or microwave (as on hotel homepage gallery)), coffee and tea, fridge with drinks (water complimentary). Inviting living room suite. Huge TV screen with enormous choice of channels. Nice bedroom with huge bed. Very comfortable matress and pillow. Nice balcony with beach view. Bathroom with included wardrobe very high standard. Large mirrors! Extra guest bathroom high standard as well. Up class furniture. Nice but rather small pool on 2nd floor (sometimes no towels available).

Upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage (not very usual for a 4-star hotel). The check-in procedure took quite a while. No one showed us the room. Room: the light in the corridor did not work and wan't replaced in 4 days. No cooker or microwave in the kitchen. coffee cups were not dryed up. Bedclothes haven't been changed in 4 days! The balcony furniture was very poor (just a simple table with two chairs, not very comfortable). Construction area right next door but no noise pollution. Wardrobe rather small for two persons. No hot water in wash bassin. The small safe in the wardrobe was not fastened, so very easy to completely remove! Breakfast very poor with unfriendly staff.
